Account Registration

To access certain features of Udesigntees, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• One account per person: You may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.

Artist/Seller Terms

If you upload designs or sell products on Udesigntees, you agree to the following terms:

Design Uploads

• Original work: All designs you upload must be your original work or you must have the legal right to use and sell them.
• No infringement: Designs must not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Content standards: Designs must not contain offensive, hateful, violent, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any design that violates our content guidelines.
• Quality requirements: Designs must meet our technical specifications including resolution, file format, and size requirements.

License Grant

By uploading designs, you grant Udesigntees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and print your designs on products for sale through our platform. You retain all ownership rights to your original designs.

Artist Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate tax information and comply with all applicable tax laws
• Respond to customer inquiries about your designs in a timely manner
• Not engage in any activity that manipulates sales, reviews, or rankings

Buyer Terms

When purchasing products on Udesigntees, you agree to the following terms:

Purchasing

• Payment authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
• Accurate shipping information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
• Product variations: Colors and product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on our website due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Buyer Rights

• Request a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items per our Return & Refund Policy
• Request replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost
• Contact customer support for any order-related issues or questions

Marketplace Rules

All users must adhere to the following marketplace rules to maintain a safe and fair environment:

• No fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud other users, artists, or Udesigntees is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• No manipulation: Artificially inflating sales, reviews, or ratings through fake accounts, bots, or purchased reviews is prohibited.
• Respectful communication: Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior towards other users, artists, or staff is not tolerated.
• No circumvention: Attempting to complete transactions outside of Udesigntees to avoid fees is prohibited.
• Legal compliance: All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Udesigntees operates on a commission-based model for artists and sellers:

Payment Terms

For Buyers

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions.
• Payment is charged at the time of order placement. Orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed.

For Artists/Sellers

• Minimum payout: You must accumulate at least $25 in earnings before requesting a payout.
• Payout schedule: Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month for verified accounts.
• Payout methods: We offer payouts via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer.
• Tax responsibility: Artists are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently:

   First, try to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support team. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

   Formal Dispute

   If unresolved, you may file a formal dispute through your account. Our dispute resolution team will review the case within 5-7 business days.

   Mediation

   For complex disputes, we may offer mediation services to help both parties reach a fair resolution.

   Binding Arbitration

   As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Account Suspension

Udesigntees reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement. Grounds for suspension include:

• Uploading designs that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Violating marketplace rules or community guidelines
• Harassment or abuse of other users or staff
• Multiple policy violations or repeated offenses

Intellectual Property Rights

We take intellectual property rights seriously and expect all users to do the same:

Artist Rights

• Artists retain full ownership of their original designs uploaded to Udesigntees.
• Artists may remove their designs at any time, though existing orders will be fulfilled.
• Artists are solely responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on others rights.

DMCA Policy

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] including:

• - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• - Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
• - Your contact information
• - A statement of good faith belief
• - A statement of accuracy and authorization under penalty of perjury
• - Your physical or electronic signature

Warranties

Udesigntees provides the platform "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of our services
• The results or outcomes from using our platform

Product Warranty

We warrant that products purchased through Udesigntees will be free from material defects for 7 days from delivery. This warranty covers:

• Print quality defects
• Manufacturing defects in the product
• Damage during shipping

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper care, or alterations made after purchase.
