Filing a DMCA Complaint

To file a DMCA complaint, please follow these steps:

   Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.

   Locate the Infringing Material

   Identify the material on our platform that you claim is infringing and provide the specific URL(s) or sufficient information for us to locate it.

   Prepare Your Notice

   Prepare a written notice that includes all the required information listed in the next section.

   Submit to Our Designated Agent

Required Information for Takedown

Under the DMCA, a valid takedown notice must include the following information:

  Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  Identification of copyrighted work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works.

  Location of infringing material: Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our platform.

  Contact information: Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the user has engaged in copyright infringement, regardless of the number of prior offenses.
