What is the minimum order quantity?
Great news! We have no minimum order quantity for many of our popular products using our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing method. You can order just one custom item! For screen printing or embroidery, minimums may apply – these are typically best for bulk orders.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production time typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your order. After production, standard shipping within the US usually takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited production and shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.
What file formats do you accept for uploads?
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds (PNG or SVG recommended). Our design tool will alert you if your image resolution is too low.
What printing methods do you use?
