All designs submitted to Udesigntees are subject to review. By uploading content, you agree to comply with these guidelines and accept full responsibility for your submissions.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal:
Respecting intellectual property rights is fundamental to our platform. All uploaded content must comply with the following:
DMCA Notice: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please contact us with a DMCA takedown request.
To ensure the best experience for customers, all designs must meet our quality standards:
All submitted designs go through our review process:
Designs are initially scanned for obvious violations and image quality issues.
Our content team reviews flagged designs and random samples to ensure guideline compliance.
You will receive an email notification with the decision within 24-48 hours. Rejected designs include an explanation of the violation.
Published designs are subject to periodic review and may be removed if found to violate guidelines.
Violations of these content guidelines will result in the following actions:
Design removed with a warning notice. No account restrictions for first-time minor violations.
Design upload privileges suspended for 7-30 days depending on severity.
Permanent removal from the platform. All designs removed and pending earnings may be forfeited.
Note: Severe violations (illegal content, explicit content involving minors, etc.) will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
If you believe your design was incorrectly rejected or your account was unfairly penalized, you may file an appeal:

Include any documentation supporting your case (original artwork files, licenses, permissions).
A senior content reviewer will examine your case within 5-7 business days.
You will receive a final decision via email. Appeal decisions are final and not subject to further review.
